Men's Therapy and Support Group
Meets on Tuesday nights at 7pm-9pm.

The goals of this group are:
A. Create a safe, comfortable place to express feelings
B. Exploration of self through group process and reflection
C. Enhance sense of self through awareness and acceptance
D. To support and be supported

Enrollment is required, and the fee is $10.00 per group

Women Under 40 Group

Be Empowered!

The Women Under 40 Group is a peer discussion group open to all women under 40. The group meets Thursday nights from 7:30 - 9:00 pm beginning Sept 24th, 2009 (tentative) at The Center O.C. and will run for approximately 10 weeks. Topics will focus on issues relating to issues facing young women. This is a safe place to meet and interact with women who have common experiences.

There will be a $10 fee per session

Bereavement Support Group

This group brings together a community where support and understanding are witnessed and shared. Regardless of your stage of grief or the road you are traveling, you will have an opportunity to share and process your experiences, while paying homage to your loved ones.

Please be sure to call and rsvp, this is a closed group and will not accept new members after its start. This is a 10 week session at $10 per session.
